Return Process

  Place the unworn apparel back in its original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact.

  Apply Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your account portal and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy while we process your refund or exchange.
